To be considered for enrollment, at least one parent must profess faith in Christ and be in agreement with the school’s statement of faith and philosophy. Those making a profession of faith must exemplify it with a life style that honors Christ. Students who have learning disabilities for which GICS is unprepared to adequately serve may not be accepted.
The following checklist will help your family complete the registration process successfully.
All families must include the following:
* Complete an Application Form for each student enrolling. Enclose the registration fee(s). Make financial arrangements with the office.
* Schedule a time with the principal for an “interview”. This is your opportunity to ask questions about GICS and our opportunity to get to know you.
Preschool Students must also include the following:
* Copy of current Immunization Records (please include parent signature)
Kindergarten students must also include the following:
* Copy of certified birth certificate
* Copy of current Immunization Records (please include parent signature)
* Kindergarten physical
* Vision Exam
Students transferring from out of state must also include the following:
* Vision Exam
7th Grade Students must also include the following:
* Health Physical
